Step by step install process
Step 1: Add the integration to your Workplace Community
1. Ensure you are logged into Facebook Workplace as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Admin Panel → Integrations → Browse Integration Directory.
3. Search for "SEVA" and select the official app.
4. Click "Add to Workplace".

5. Click "Add to Workplace" in the subsequent dialogue to accept the permissions requested.
6. Enter your code for installation SEVA in the subsequent SEVA workplace installation page and click "Continue". If you do not have this code, contact us.
Step 2: Check to make sure the integration was installed correctly
- Navigate to your messages and search for "SEVA". There should be an option to start chatting with the bot.
- Click the "Get Started" button at the bottom of the chat. If the SEVA bot responds the integration has been successfully installed and is available for your Workplace Community members to use.
Step by step uninstall process
Step 1: Remove the integration from your Workplace Community
1. Ensure you are logged into Facebook Workplace as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Admin Panel → Integrations.
3. Select the Seva app and click "Uninstall" on the subsequent dialogue.
